Evoked Potential Studies (EPS)

Evoked Potential Studies (EPS) are recordings of electrical signals produced naturally by the brain following repeated stimulation of the eyes, ears, arms or legs.

You may need just one pathway tested or any combination of the four pathways.

If you have an appointment for an Evoked Potential Study, it is important to let us know if you have a cardiac pacemaker or an implanted cardiac defibrillator (ICD).

An EPS recording can last between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the extent of testing needed.

If you would like to refer a patient for Evoked Potential Studies, please contact us.
