Neurological tumours

Oligodendroglioma - Adult (M35) and other disease entities

It may be clinically relevant to undertake these studies when there is a differential diagnosis of another tumour type and the results will aid patient management.

Medulloblastoma - all subtypes (M194)

  • Gain or amplification of MYC FISH (M194.13)
  • Gain or amplification of MYCN FISH (M194.14)
  • i(17q) / del(17p) FISH (M194.20)
