Churchill Theatres Education Department

Churchill Theatres Education Department promotes and delivers education and training for theatre staff.

Welcome to Churchill Theatres Education Department

We offer a range of opportunities for Theatre Support Workers (TSW) (Band 2) and Operation Department Practitioners (ODP) and Theatre Nurses (Band 5).

There are 10 specialist theatres at the Churchill Hospital, and the Education Department provides both internal and external training, and specialist training by leading consultants.

We support our staff with Revalidation, and help them develop in an area of special interest.

We are committed to providing an environment that encourages learning, support, respect and team work, so that all our practitioners can deliver an excellent standard of patient care.
