Oxford Headache Centre

The Oxford Headache Centre is a multidisciplinary team for helping people with difficult headaches.

We can also offer advice to GPs and other health professionals on how to help manage their patients

We can help many types of headaches

The team can offer a range of treatments

  • Medical therapies
  • Non-invasive neurostimulation devices
  • Neck physiotherapy
  • Botulinum toxin therapy
  • Surgical approaches such as Occipital Nerve Stimulation

Appointments

To make an appointment, you should ask you GP or Consultant to refer you to the Oxford Headache Centre.

We will see you in the Outpatients Department in the West Wing, John Radcliffe Hospital.

It would be very helpful if you could bring:

  • a list of all the treatments you are currently taking
  • a list of all the treatment you have tried in the past for your headaches
  • a diary of your headaches.
