Neurophysiology

Neurophysiology is a diagnostic specialty concerned with recording and interpreting electrical signals from the nervous system.

It is important in the evaluation of peripheral nerve and brain function, often a key element in the diagnosis and assessment of diseases of the nervous system, such as epilepsy, muscle and peripheral nerve disease, sleep disorders or monitoring of nerve function.
