Patient experience survey now open

November 2023

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, parents, young people and adults with CF, and healthcare professionals have developed a survey to find out about your experience of care over the last 12 months.

We would like to invite current patients to tell us what you think about the adult CF service in Oxford by completing this survey - it is anonymous and should take no longer than 20 minutes. You only need to complete the survey once.

Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) online survey - Adults 2023 (SurveyMonkey)

For a paper copy of the survey, or support to complete it, please contact the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

We rely on charitable donations to provide additional facilities over and above the standard the NHS provision, and we are delighted to receive donations to the Oxford Adult Cystic Fibrosis Trust Fund.

Your donations can make a huge difference to CF care; the Fund has previously provided things such as fridges for the side-rooms on our ward.

If you would like to make a donation, please contact Dr Chapman on 01865 225713.

Online donations can be made through - please remember to state that you want the money to go to the Oxford Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre!
