The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre has a national and international reputation as a centre of excellence, and patients are referred from the UK and abroad for advice and management of their hand and wrist problems.
The Hand and Wrist Service has a multidisciplinary team from four specialties. Orthopaedic and plastic surgeons, with specific hand and wrist training, provide medical and surgical care together with specialised occupational therapists and senior physiotherapists who provide the rehabilitation services.
