Our People Plan

Together we make OUH a great place to work where we all feel we belong.

Hundreds of staff working at Oxford University Hospitals took part in virtual listening events in April and June 2022 to shape our People Plan for 2022-2025.

In his introduction to the final People Plan document, Joint Chief People Officer Terry Roberts says:

"The OUH People Plan is here for you, our people, to demonstrate our commitment to making your working lives better.

We have developed this with you at the centre, focusing on what more we can do to make OUH a place you are excited to work in every day.

By providing you with the opportunity to tell us what you want to see from working at OUH, we were rewarded by some humbling feedback.

Thank you for helping us to strengthen this People Plan so that it means more to you."

People Plan 2022-2025

This document outlines our People Plan vision - 'Together we make OUH a great place to work where we all feel we belong' - and sets out the three key themes which we will focus on to deliver this vision.

  • Health, wellbeing and belonging for all our people
  • Making OUH a great place to work
  • More people working differently
