Rheumatology covers the treatment of medical disorders that affect the musculoskeletal system, particularly the joints and surrounding soft tissues.

The Rheumatology Department offers a range of specialist clinics and provides important pain management advice.

Referrals (doctor-to-doctor only)

If you are a patient please consult your GP who will refer you if appropriate.

A strict appointment system operates and referrals are prioritised on clinical need based on the information supplied by the referring medical practitioner.
