We are keen to support our staff in both their personal and professional development. To do this we have a range of opportunities available to all staff in addition to the statutory training that is required by law.
Our Learning and Development Department enables staff to manage their own learning and provides a wide range of activities, including e-learning, to help them improve their skills.
We value vocational learning as much as academic learning and encourage our staff to share their knowledge with others. We believe that all staff should have equal access to education opportunities so that they can meet the learning objectives set out in their annual learning and development plan.
Staff who wish to complete their e-learning programmes from outside the Trust can access the National Learning Management System (NLMS) remotely using the link below as long as it has been authorised by the E-learning Advisor:
