Contact GoodShape on 0333 321 8086 if you are going to be absent from work due to sickness or unplanned, non-medical absence (such as care of a dependant).

GoodShape is open 24/7.

If your absence is because of illness, GoodShape will offer you confidential medical advice and support from registered general nurses during your absence from work.

Once reported, your absence will remain OPEN until you contact GoodShape and CLOSE it with your date and time of returning to work.

The relevant information that you give will be sent to your line manager(s) along with guidance on how they may best support you during your absence.
