The Trauma and Orthopaedic Service at the Horton General Hospital provides treatment for patients from Banbury and the surrounding areas with traumatic or degenerative bony injuries.
Treatments include full joint replacement, ligament repair and stabilisation of fractures.
Elective orthopaedic patients at the Horton General Hospital are now treated in a Treatment Centre, a partnership between Oxford University Hospitals, NHS Oxfordshire and independent provider Ramsay Healthcare.
The service works collaboratively with the Trauma Service at the John Radcliffe Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
