Outpatients
Referrals must be made electronically via the email address below or the relevant doctor's PA.

If you are referring from primary care, please use e-Referral and state that it is for the TAVI service in the referral letter.
Please include the following.
- A referral letter
- All relevant clinical letters
- Echocardiogram and CT TAVI report (please arrange image transfer to PACS)
- Most recent ECG
- If coronary angiogram has been undertaken, please transfer images (not essential as part of work up)
