Our bereavement services

Sobell House and Katharine House hospices offer pre- and post-bereavement support and counselling to anyone coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.

We provide holistic, person-centred support, tailored to each person's individual experience of loss.

Any family member or friend of someone who has been cared for by our clinical teams, or any other UK palliative care service, at home, in hospital or in a hospice, can request support.

We offer the opportunity to talk to someone who will listen with sensitivity, without judgement and in confidence, to help you feel more able to cope with the many changes and adjustments you are facing.

Katharine House also offers support to children and young people, and holds a monthly online Bereavement Café.

For more information about any of our services please contact us.
