The cardiac rehabilitation programme participates in the National Audit for Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Patient involvement in the cardiac rehabilitation programme is communicated by letter to the GP and copied to the patient.
The cardiac rehabilitation team is actively involved in the Oxfordshire GP referral scheme and links with the many organisations that provide this service. The exercise physiologists routinely assess clients who are referred to the programme in the north of the county.
