Environmental wellness

Ensuring that your physical environment is suitable, pleasant and stimulating, and helps you look after your physiological and safety needs, is really important.

Your social and physical environment can greatly impact how you feel. For example, a tidy and warmly lit bedroom helps you sleep better, a clean kitchen can free you to creatively choose what to cook, and a garden clear of rubbish becomes a calmer place to sit.

Consider the impact you would like to have, and find some time to make it happen.

Charity support

Oxford Hospitals Charity supports our people, patients and their families, and has developed initiatives to help improve your environmental wellness at work.

Contact Oxford Hospitals Charity if you have ideas about how the charity can support staff and patients in your area.
