By sending us a sample and completed request form, you will be entering into an agreement based on our Terms and Conditions:

Clause 2.2 does not apply for routine samples held in Neuropathology, where samples are considered part of the patient's medical record and are stored in line with the Royal College of Pathologists' guidelines.
