If you are already an OUH employee, have completed your probationary period and workplace induction, and you are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in your job role, an adult apprenticeship programme could be the perfect choice for you.
You can access vocational learning and achieve a nationally-recognised qualification. You could also enhance your English and Maths skills and progress your career within the Trust.
Funded apprenticeship opportunities from Level 2 to Degree and Master’s levels are available.
This would be subject to line manager approval and in line with government eligibility criteria.
