Gynaecological Oncology MDT referrals

To refer patients for review by the Gynaecological Oncology Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) please complete the MDT MDT referral form.

Please clearly specify the key question you would like the MDT to address, and what you would like the MDT to review (scans, histopathology, notes etc.).
