Financial wellness

Most of us at some point in our lives will find that managing our finances is something that we would like support and advice with.

This might be because we are finding it difficult to meet financial obligations or because we are undertaking a large purchase such as buying a house or a car or planning for retirement.

Talking about money can feel embarrassing and scary, as you may worry about the reactions of others, but there are plenty of places where you can turn to talk to someone sympathetic and non-judgemental.

A great place to start is the Employee Assistance Programme, which can put you in touch with financial advisors by telephone and direct you to local experts and services.
