Patients' Choice Award 2024 - last chance to nominate

01/03/2024

Members of the public and patients have until 12 midnight this Sunday 3 March 2024 to nominate a member of staff or a team who has gone the extra mile to provide outstanding care at Oxford University Hospitals (OUH).

The Patients' Choice Award 2024 is the opportunity for patients, their families and carers to say a special 'thank you' to the staff they feel have made a real difference during their time in our hospitals and therefore deserve recognition.

Nominations are invited as part of our Staff Recognition Awards 2024, which also include categories to enable staff to nominate their colleagues.

Nominations of teams and individual members of staff are welcomed from patients, as well as their families and carers, across our four main hospitals - the John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, and the Horton General Hospital in Banbury - and a wide range of services which our staff provide from other community settings.

The Staff Recognition Awards are part of the Trust's commitment to recognising and celebrating our OneTeamOneOUH staff.

The Patients' Choice Award was established in 2016 to celebrate the inspiring and innovative work that staff do across the Trust every day to improve the lives of patients and service users.

Thank you to Oxford Hospitals Charity whose support makes these Awards possible.

Simply register on the online platform before starting your nomination - the benefit of registration is that you can update and amend your nomination form up until the nominations window closes.
