Patient Values Survey and Patient Workshops
'Your voice. Your values.' is a big conversation with OUH patients, the communities which we serve, and our staff to help shape our shared values for the future.
How can you have your say?
We want to hear from our patients about the values and behaviours which you feel are most important in the care and support which we provide.
Have your say to ensure that our new values and behaviours are shaped by, for and with you!

Register for a Patient Workshop
‘In Your Shoes’ workshops for patients are being organised in Oxford and Banbury.
Staff are also being invited to take part in these sessions as listeners because this is a great opportunity for them to hear first-hand what it’s like to be a patient in our care. These ‘In Your Shoes’ patient workshops will be led by an expert facilitator.
Thursday 15 October, 9.30-11.30am, Study Centre, Sobell House Hospice, Churchill
Thursday 15 October, 2.30-4.30pm, Restaurant, Horton General
Why should you get involved?
Our Chair and CEO explain why they would like your help to shape our new OUH values.
Sir Andrew Morris OBE (Trust Chair) said: "It is essential that OUH is a values-based NHS organisation, so that all staff from ward to Board and our patients and the communities which we serve are aligned around not only the quality of patient care but also the culture of how we treat our patients and each other."
Professor Meghana Pandit (Trust Chief Executive Officer) said: "We would like to ensure that our new values are shaped by you, our patients and the communities that we serve, and so please do get involved by completing a ‘Your voice. Your values’ survey.’ or attending a workshop."
