Clinical Excellence, Development and Research for Health and Care Professionals (CEDaR) is a multidisciplinary collaborative of health and care professional research groups based at the Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) NHS Foundation Trust.

We aim to be a world leader in advancing health and care professionals' excellence through research, innovation, professional development and evidence-based practice.

We welcome enquiries from colleagues at OUH and collaborators around the world who share our vision to strengthen workforce research capacity and capability; deliver world class research to impact and improve patient care.
