Emma Hunt

Emma Hunt, a Nurse on the Oncology Ward based at the Churchill Hospital, was presented with a DAISY Award for providing consistent, methodical, and compassionate care to her patients. 

Nominated by a grateful patient, Emma was praised for giving her patients a listening ear and treating them as individuals, and going the extra mile to pay attention to their needs.

Described by colleagues as 'understated' and an all-round 'good egg', she represents all that should be given credit to in an often selfless profession.
