Inclusion criteria
- Adults who have received radiotherapy when aged 18 and over as either a standalone treatment or in combination with surgery, chemotherapy, hormone deprivation therapy, or immunotherapies, experiencing late effects attributable to radiotherapy.
- Minimum 6 months post radiotherapy, 12 months for people who have had breast radiotherapy, with symptoms relating to their cancer diagnosis and radiotherapy treatment area. Those under active follow up or integrating with personalised stratified follow up pathways will need individual consideration for referral.
- Living in the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance Area.
- Cancer recurrence excluded as cause for symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
- People under the age of 18 years at the time of radiotherapy treatment.
- People who received radiotherapy to the breast sooner than 12 months post radiotherapy.
- People currently on active anti-cancer treatment, receiving palliative or end of life care.
- People who have received surgery, chemotherapy, or immunotherapies as stand-alone treatments (i.e. who have not received radiotherapy).
