Who is involved?

The James Lind Alliance (JLA) is a non-profit making initiative.

Its aim is to bring patients, carers, family members and health and social care professionals together to identify and prioritise research questions for researchers and funders to address. A JLA Adviser guides Priority Setting Partnerships, like this one, in the JLA process to prioritising research questions.

From 1 April 2013, the NIHR Evaluation, Trials and Studies Coordinating Centre (NETSCC) has coordinated the work of the JLA.

To join the JLA or to find out more please contact the James Lind Alliance.
