Pacing is a way of gradually increasing the amount you do in small planned steps whilst building up your confidence, strength and stamina. We like to think of it as making energy grow!

If you find yourself tired and exhausted or if active days are regularly followed by bad days where you can’t do much, please talk to us. We want to support you to help enable you to do all the things that are important to you, without aggravating pain and tiredness and losing heart along the way.
