This is not an emergency service.

This is covered by our advanced nurse practitioners. We can offer advice about blood results, medication queries, concerns about flares, vaccinations and liaise with your other healthcare providers (GPs, practice nurses, etc). We can also pass messages on to other members of the team.

We try to respond quickly during normal working hours (Monday - Friday) and prioritise urgent calls/emails.

When leaving an answerphone message, please help us by:

  • speaking clearly
  • leaving your name/your child’s name and date of birth and your contact number; these are essential for a swift reply
  • leaving concise details about your concern to help us prioritise calls.

We generally respond to calls/emails the same day or next working day.

Appointments can be rescheduled and urgent appointments are usually available if needed.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give us a call to arrange another time. We can then offer your previous slot to someone else.
