Nurses' National Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) forum November 2018

November 2018

A group photo of peritoneal dialysis nurses at the eventOxford's Jayne Woodhouse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and Portsmouth's Toots Ansell, Peritoneal Dialysis Specialist Nurse, jointly organised the 3rd Nurses' National Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) forum on 30 November 2018 in Milton Keynes.

Both Jayne and Toots are keen to rotate it between different hospitals to enable nurses to attend from different areas.

There were nurses from Cornwall, Cardiff, Sussex, Portsmouth and Oxford.

The PD forum gives PD nurses a great opportunity to talk about issues, new technology or innovations in PD with a group of people who understand the need of PD patients.

We had excellent feedback about the day and recognise how important this group is. If you are a PD nurse and would like to be involved in the forum, please contact Jayne or Toots.

The next forum will take place in June 2019 in Cardiff.
