Here for Health team wins Thrive Tribe Value Award

Our Here for Health team have won the 'Be Effective' category  in the national Thrive Tribe Value Awards.

The team was nominated by community partners Achieve Healthy Weight Loss Oxfordshire, for whom Thrive Tribe is the parent organisation

Frauke Eicker, External Engagement Consultant and Healthy Weight Practitioner at Achieve, said:

"We have really appreciated the way in which you have been working with us right from the word 'Go' this past year and how you continue to link in with us, be that through outreach together, referring or alerting to our service.

"We really feel that it is a good example of collaborative services working together well. And that is why we have nominated you.
We are a values-based organisation… our values are 'be effective, be the change, be big-hearted, be successful, be happy'.

"Every year for our Christmas party each of Thrive Tribe's different services nominates employees or people we have worked with that we feel have excelled at a particular value.

"Our central team then chooses one candidate per service for each value and out of all those nominated one person/service gets picked to receive a trophy.

"I wanted to let you know that for our 'Be Effective' value we have nominated you, as we feel you have really done exceptionally well in the way you have worked with us."
