Thank you to our supporters this Christmas

This Christmas we would like to thank everyone who has supported Oxford Hospitals Charity by making a donation, taking part in a challenge, organising an event or volunteering time.

Together you have helped to raise around £3.5 million this year, funding the very latest medical equipment, specialist training for staff, important research projects and making many of our hospital spaces more comfortable and welcoming.

You have helped patients of all ages have a better experience in hospital, as well as making a difference to the many hardworking staff across the Trust.

As part of this year's Christmas Appeal we have been talking to patients about what the hospitals mean to them.

We met eight year old Poppy in the Children's Hospital, shortly after she'd had major surgery, and she really inspired us with her positive attitude and her cheeky sense of humour.

Poppy shared her story for our Oxford Children's Hospital Christmas Appeal, raising funds to provide important extras for all children's areas across the Trust:
