This article is more than six years old.

The Hill has launched a five month-long 'Digital Health Experts in Residence' programme, giving people the opportunity to get world-leading expertise and advice about digital health ideas they may have or digital health projects they’re currently working on.

The Hill is Oxford's digital healthcare ideas lab for patients, carers, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs and others, providing support and inspiration in solving today's big healthcare challenges.

A range of industry experts will be 'in residence' on the final Thursday of the month from April through to August 2017.

It is backed by the Oxford Academic Health Science Network, OUH and Digital Oxford. The Experts-in-Residence initiative is part of a parent programme being run by the Medical Sciences Division at the University of Oxford.

Clinicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, researchers, students and others can arrange meetings with the experts to discuss their ideas and projects with no strings attached.

The first event took place on 27 April 2017, with experts from IBM Watson, frog Design and F-Prime Capital, a global venture capital firm investing in healthcare and technology, having one-to-one sessions with attendees.

It was followed by a seminar in Tingewick Hall at the John Radcliffe Hospital, with the experts and several leading figures from Oxford taking part in a panel discussion.

The next event will take place on Thursday 25 May 2017. More informationcan be found at www.thehill.co/experts-in-residence
