This article is more than two years old.

Are you interested in becoming a governor of Oxford University Hospitals?

Elections to Oxford University Hospitals' Council of Governors will start in January 2022.

The Trust is looking for staff and members of the public to stand as governors in all constituencies.

As a governor you would play an important role in improving services, advising the Trust about the needs of our community and staff, and hold our non-executive directors to account.

If you think this might be of interest to you, then please join us at one of our online information sessions taking place in January 2022. The sessions will provide information about the role of a governor and the election process.

You will hear from our Chair, Prof Sir Jonathan Montgomery, who will be joined by some of our current governors who will share their experience and answer your questions.

The information sessions which are open to both staff and public members of our Trust will take place on:

  • Wednesday 5 January 2022, 2pm - 3.30pm
  • Thursday 6 January 2022, 6pm - 7.30pm
