Shadowing

Monday 31 July and Tuesday 1 August 2023

Please attend your department for shadowing. For those who are in Psychiatry as their first placement, please shadow in the department of your second placement.

Statutory and Mandatory Training

Statutory and Mandatory Training modules are accessed via Microsoft Teams and My Learning Hub and must be completed during your Induction Week.

Time is allocated as 'private study' to enable you to complete this training. You will receive a timetable for the week.

ILS Course

Wednesday 19 July 2023 8.30am - 1.15pm

We will contact you in due course.

If your Immediate Life Support (ILS) certificate has expired, and it has been less than a year since expiration, you can attend a recertification course.

For further details on recertification, please contact Cath Smith with a copy of your ILS certificate.

Parking permits

You will need your ID Badge number before you apply for a parking permit: temporary parking permits can be issued for the first week.

Accommodation

You can apply for accommodation after you receive your conditional offer letter from Medical Staffing.

Medical Staffing can also provide proof of employment if needed when renting accommodation.
