Deloitte independent review of OUH leadership and governance

Monday 17 June 2019

In July 2018 the Trust Board commissioned Deloitte to undertake an independent review of OUH's leadership and governance arrangements.

The purpose was for Deloitte to examine various aspects of the Trust's governance arrangements, including its vision and future direction, and quality of engagement, Board effectiveness and leadership.

Deloitte carried out the review from September to November 2018 and sought the views of a wide range of stakeholders including OUH staff.

The final version of the report, including its findings and recommendations to improve OUH's leadership and governance arrangements, was formally accepted at a meeting of the Trust Board on Wednesday 16 January 2019.

In the interests of openness and transparency we are publishing the report in full.
