As part of the current reforms of the NHS, the Government has given the go-ahead for the launch of the new NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board (ICB) from 1 April 2026.

It will be responsible for commissioning health services like hospitals, GP practices, dentists, eye care and pharmacies across the Thames Valley.

'Commissioning intentions'

We have developed 'commissioning intentions' for the new Thames Valley ICB to support its strategic priorities around improving care and investing in the right services.

We now need your views and feedback on these 'commissioning intentions' to ensure your voice is heard.

Please visit the BOB ICB engagement platform 'Your Voice in BOB'.

View the 'Developing the NHS Thames Valley' section which includes details on the 'Thames Valley Commissioning Intentions 2026 - 2030' (you might need to register on the site if it is your first visit).

You can leave your comments in the discussion forum on the web page - closing date 11 January 2026.
