Have your say on our new Patient Experience and Engagement Strategy!
We are calling on all our patients, carers and families, our local communities and partners to help shape our new Patient Experience and Engagement Strategy.
This will be the first Trustwide strategy to establish a clear vision and agreed priorities for patient experience and engagement here at Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) so that the voices of patients and people in the wider community which we serve are heard, listened to, and most importantly enable us to continuously improve.
Listening to those who rely on the care which we provide means that we can deliver high quality, responsive services to patients and also adapt and respond to the changing needs of our community.
This engagement phase will focus on identifying goals and priorities to address four key themes:
- Listening to patients, carers, and families
- Partnering with people and communities
- Priority setting and governance informed by lived experience
- Addressing inequality
We want to hear from patients, carers, and future service users from diverse backgrounds - we want all voices to be heard.
Have your say by taking part in our online survey for patients and the community which is now live and will remain open until 12 midnight on Sunday 9 November 2025.
Please give a few minutes of your time to complete the survey at the link below - and thank you!
