Ellie Corps has been working in clinical research since 2012, having previously worked as a staff nurse in Cardiology. Her role includes the management of the study team, and the set-up and running of all NHS cardiovascular research studies. She is also patient-facing, recruiting and consenting patients to a variety of cardiovascular studies.

Bernadette Moreby was the first NHS Cardiac Research Nurse at Oxford University Hospitals, and has seen the work of the team grow to encompass all disciplines of adult cardiac medicine and surgery. In 2019 she received the TVSM CRN Research Nurse of the Year Award.

Rachel Bates has worked in Cardiac Theatres, ED, Acute Surgical Admissions and with an overseas aid NGO. She now works on interventional and drug studies, imaging and rhythm management, and clinically in the Cardiac Day Unit.
