The process for GP referrals for blood tests has changed.

Please contact your GP surgery who will be aware of the new process and will be able to guide you.

For blood tests requested by a clinician from Oxford University Hospitals, please contact the associated administration team. The telephone number can usually be found at the top of an appointment or clinic letter.

If unsure please contact the hospital switchboard on 0300 304 7777 and ask to be put through to the secretary of your child’s consultant.
