Patient feedback
"Over the last two years I found the staff in the Renal Unit in High Wycombe were all very approachable - nothing is too much trouble for the staff... Each one has shown tremendous support for me personally, and they work really hard with the patients. Trust in our nurses, they are there to look after us and, speaking from experience, I can guarantee they certainly do this."

"The environment is ideal, with the vast majority of patients on a comfortable bed. We are fed and we can claim mileage expenses if we use our own transport... It's quite extraordinary how this unit is led and managed... Communication is exceptional and at every visit nurses ask if there are any problems... access to doctors is [easy] should anything need further discussion or investigation."

Patient feedback
"I am currently undergoing dialysis at Swindon Renal Unit and I find the staff excellent... All the staff are knowledgeable, competent and always willing to help patients. The service provided is efficient and very well managed. The whole team work well together... My congratulations to OUH for an extremely well run unit."
John Patel, January 2023
"On haemodialysis at home... [I] have always had wonderful support from the Swindon Team... they have always been there to support me and my family. Doing dialysis at home gives me my independence, but knowing I can call or email and help will be on hand gives me reassurance I'm not alone."
"It was lovely not having to travel to Oxford three times a week. The staff were very welcoming, and warm."
