Exercise is important for physical and mental health. The information below may help you, please check with a health professional that it is safe for you to exercise. If you are on dialysis your health care professional can offer you advice about exercising with your dialysis access.

These exercise videos will help you exercise at home. When you start, don't do too much at once; steadily build up the amount you do. Make it more fun by involving someone you live with, or share the video with friends so you can exercise virtually together.
