Banbury (Horton Dialysis Unit)

Horton Dialysis Unit is currently relocated to the NOC OSSU Ward.

  • Tel: 01865 737556
  • This is an eight station dialysis unit. It is a satellite unit of the main Oxford Renal Unit and cares for outpatients only.
  • Open: six days a week (Monday to Saturday) 7.00am - 7.30pm.

Parking

On site car parking is available (pay and display with some dedicated renal spaces marked). Free parking is available for holiday patients. Disabled parking is available.

Please allow at least 15-20 minutes to find a space.

What to bring

Haemodialysis patients who will be on site for four hours or more should bring something to read or to listen to. Visitors may accompany patients at the discretion of the unit manager.

The unit is on the first floor towards the back of the Milton Keynes Hospital site, some distance from the car park, but well signposted.

Parking

On site car parking is available (pay and display with some dedicated renal spaces marked). Haemodialysis patients who drive can obtain a free parking permit. Disabled parking is available.

Haemodialysis patients who will be on site for four hours or more should bring something to read or to listen to. Visitors may accompany patients.

The unit is situated at the perimeter of the hospital adjacent to the Cancer Care and Haematology Centre.

Parking

For parking arrangements, please see unit manager. Four disabled parking spaces are available outside the unit.

What to bring

All dialysis patients have access to free television, but haemodialysis patients who will be on site for four hours or more should bring something to read or to listen to. Light refreshments will be provided to all patients receiving treatment. Visitors may accompany patients at the discretion of the unit manager.
