Written referrals can be made by GPs or community AHPs direct to the service:
Patients may also be triaged to us via the MSK Hub.
OUH consultants and AHPs: the internal referral form can be found on the Orthotics Service pages of the OUH intranet site.
Existing patients who have been seen in the past three years can self-refer back to the orthotics service via telephone.
If an patient has not been seen in the past three years then they will need to be re-referred by their GP.
