Coronavirus / COVID-19

If you have a new continuous cough and/or high temperaturedo not come to our hospitals.

Follow the national advice and stay at home for seven days. For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild infection, but for some of our patients it is a higher risk. Please help us to help you.

Pancreatic Islet Cell Antibodies

Also known as: ICA; PICA

Pancreatic Islet cell antibodies (ICA) are present in 90% of patients with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) at presentation. ICA can also be used in family studies for IDDM prediction.

Ambient temperature if courier will deliver within 72 hours otherwise consider refrigerated transport. Freezing is not a requirement.
