The diagnostic laboratory is situated on the Churchill hospital site and offers a comprehensive service spanning all areas of Immunology including:

The clinical diagnostic service underpins OUH clinical activity in paediatrics, respiratory medicine, rheumatology, nephrology, haematology, clinical immunology, dermatology, infectious diseases, neurology and allergy as well as GP services, acute medicine and outpatient clinics.

Our wide repertoire of standard and specialist Immunology tests coupled with a national and international reputation for excellence have resulted in a workload of around 350,000 tests per year. Our commitment to quality and provision of specialist immunology services have attracted a significant amount of referral work, ensuring that the OUH Oxford Immunology Laboratory is a leading provider of diagnostic immunology services in the UK.
