On arrival please go to the main outpatient reception desk to register. We will direct you to the children's outpatient area where we will weigh your child and, if appropriate, measure their height, and afterwards the doctor will call you and your child in from the waiting area for your appointment.
We have a friendly and experienced Phlebotomy team available to take blood if blood tests are required.
Our Phlebotomists will use an anaesthetic cream, so if you think a blood test will be required please ask when your child is being weighed, as the cream takes approximately 45 minutes to numb the skin.
The Phlebotomy Service is available on Monday and Tuesday and appointments can be booked by telephone.
