The following information is required for a referral to Oxford Gait Laboratory:

  • Patient name and address
  • Patient date of birth
  • NHS number
  • Diagnosis
  • Name of referrer
  • Reason for referral (and question to be answered if known)

Within Oxford University Hospitals

Within the Trust, we accept referrals from consultants, neurologists and physiotherapists.

If you are unsure as to the suitability of your patient for gait analysis, please get in touch with us and we will be happy offer advice.

The preferred method of referral is via EPR. We can set up a form for you to help with this process. Please also let us know if there is a separate clinic letter we should be aware of.
