The OUH Chronic Fatigue Service is based in Therapies at the Churchill Hospital.
Find the main entrance to the Churchill Hospital near Car Park 1:
As you enter the hospital you will see a range of shops and the reception area. Directly in front of you will be a glass staircase. Ignoring this, please take the lift (just left of the stairs) to Level 2.
As you exit the lift turn left and immediately left. You will find the Therapies reception just in front of you.
Please come in and let reception know you have arrived. In exceptional circumstances you may need to wait up to 15-20 minutes after your appointment time to be seen. If no one from the team has come to meet you, please let someone know.
Your appointment is important to us and we do understand how much time and effort it takes to attend the clinic.
