Mr Nnadi graduated from the college of Medicine in Lagos, training in Orthopaedic Surgery on the Wessex rotation UK.
He was awarded the FRCS (Orth) in 2006 and was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals in 2008.

Mr Bowden graduated in Medicine in 1986 from the University of the Witwatersrand and specialised in Orthopaedic Surgery in Cape Town.
Between 1996 and 2000 Mr Bowden was the Nuffield Orthopaedic Scholar and Clinical Research Fellow for the Arthritis and Rheumatism Council in the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Oxford.
During his 20 years of medical training, Mr Chaudhary has been affiliated with and trained in universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College and University of Toronto.
His Neurosurgical Spinal Registrar / Residency programme was undertaken at Addenbrooke's Hospital where he was also the Chief Resident for Neurosciences.
Before his consultant appointment, he undertook a complex combined Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic Spinal Fellowship at the Toronto Western Hospital, Canada.
Mr Grannum completed his training in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery on the East Midlands Deanery rotation in 2011.
Following completion of advanced specialist spinal training he has worked as a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at North Bristol NHS Trust and now works at Oxford University Hospitals.
Prof Lavy is Professor of Orthopaedics and Tropical Surgery at the University of Oxford.
He is involved in research and teaching in global issues in surgery.
NDORMS - Mr Chris Lavy
Mr Reynolds graduated from Bristol University with basic surgical training in Bristol and Surrey, and subsequently as a Specialist Registrar in Oxford. Prior to his appointment as a consultant he completed a 12 month fellowship in Vancouver, Canada.
He is the lead consultant for Oxford’s Bone and Soft Tissue Tumour Service and has developed the regional pathway for tumour associated spinal cord compression.
Mr Rothenfluh was born and trained in Switzerland, with rotations in the US and fellowship training in the UK, and held consultant positions in Switzerland and the UK.
He is a Consultant Spinal Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals, treating all degenerative spinal conditions. He offers the whole spectrum of spinal surgery including minimally-invasive techniques for spinal decompression and fusion.
Mr Mawhinney is a registered adult nurse, with over 15 years clinical and commercial experience in spinal surgery. He holds an academic research post within the Nuffield Department of Experimental Medicine at the University of Oxford.
Mr Mawhinney is a member of British Association of Spinal Surgeons (BASS) and AO Spine. He is the principal spinal editor and a founding member of the Surgical Care Practitioner website.
Mrs Buchanan trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Edinburgh, graduating in 1988 and completed an MSc in Cardiff in 2000. She was appointed as a Consultant Physiotherapist for Oxford Spinal Surgery Unit in 2004.
She is a member of the NHS England Spinal Services Clinical Reference Group and future president of the Society for Back Pain Research. She is the founder and past chair of the National Back Pain Pathway - Clinical Network and previously sat on many national groups including: NICE, UKSSB, Spinal Task Force and the Improving Spinal Care project.
Mrs Bridle trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2006.
She has worked in a variety of clinical specialisms over the years, latterly specialising in Rheumatology and now spinal conditions. She joined the team at Oxford Spinal Surgery Unit in 2016.
Mr Kelly trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Coventry University, graduating in 2009.
He has worked in a number of clinical settings including musculoskeletal outpatients and pain rehabilitation, now specialising in spinal conditions and persistent pain. He joined Oxford University Hospitals in 2016 and joined the team at Oxford Spinal Surgery Unit in 2019.
