Research Recruitment reporting

From 1 April 2019 the process of reporting research recruitment has changed

Previously, recruitment was reported via multiple routes to different organisations for portfolio and non-portfolio studies.

As of 1 April 2019, there is now one process via a system called Siteline.

The Director of R&D has written to all principal investigators asking they and study teams to engage with this process and the letter is available here.

Local, research team based Siteline administrators will set-up studies on Siteline and research team Siteline users will add participant recruitment which will automatically update to the CRN for portfolio studies and update the R&D office for performance management and national metric reporting.

Important changes to uploading recruitment data - NIHR

Please note: Siteline administrators have already been identified in some areas, so ask your team if anyone has been nominated. If there is no one identified in your area please email the Siteline team to register as an administrator or ask any questions.
